The new long afterglow photoglow material with aluminate as the main ingredient has an afterglow time more than ten times higher than the traditional ZnS glow material after a short period of light exposure, and has excellent light resistance and durability, is non-toxic and harmless, and does not have any radioactivity. In the preparation process, no toxic chemicals are introduced and produced. Our company produces long afterglow photoglow materials with aluminate as the main ingredient, and the afterglow time is more than 12 hours. This light-emitting plastic has a dark indication function and decorative function.

There are two different ways of adding glow pigments to plastics. One is to directly mix the glow pigment and resin into products, the method can not guarantee the uniform dispersion of glow pigment in the product and product performance.

To make glow pigments uniformly dispersed, must first make the pigment particles fully wetted, which can be achieved by adding low viscosity additives, or increase the processing temperature to promote wetting, this method is usually glow pigments in the mixer at room temperature and powder granules for dry mixing, if necessary, can add dispersant, and then these premixes directly to the injection molding machine or extruder can be sent. For the performance requirements of the thick-walled products can use the method, but thin-walled products due to the lack of high quality and should not be used.

Another method is the use of glow pigment, this method, although technically the same as the direct addition of glow pigment method, but it has the advantage of making the best dispersion of glow pigments, while adding some corresponding additives in the glow masterbatch, etc., can reduce the product due to the addition of glow pigments and mechanical properties of the phenomenon of decline.

The use of glow pigments has the following advantages:

(1) uniform dispersion of glow pigments in the resin.

(2) The production operation does not produce dust, which is conducive to environmental protection and labor protection.

(3) reduce manufacturers' equipment wear and energy consumption, saving labor, time and energy reduces the cost and is easy to realize automatic production.

(4) Improve the mechanical properties of the products.
